RV Rates (October - April)

Electricity is billed for Monthly/Seasonal Stays

WEEKLY:
$229 / week

DAILY:
 $39 / night

Rates include 2 persons, 1 RV, and 1 Vehicle.
All sites include electricity, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, and cable TV.

DISCOUNTS
10% discount for Good Sam and AAA on the daily rate only - you must present current membership card.

DEPOSIT
Deposit of 1 night is required for Daily and Weekly RV sites.

$100 deposit required for 1 month.
$200 for 1 - 2 months.
$300 for 3+ months

Cabin Rates (October - April)

$99 / night

$594 / week

$1,750 / month

Can accommodate up to 5 people
Only Cabins 5 & 7 are pet-friendly for a fee of $25 per dog per stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
From October 1st - April 31st, cancellation of at least 72 hours prior to arrival is required for a full refund less the standard cancellation fee of $39.  Cancellation fee is 50% of the reservation amount if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.

From May 1st - September 31st the cancellation fee is 1 night’s deposit, if cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to arrival.  Cancelation fee is the deposit amount if canceled less than 2 weeks. Cancelation fee is up to the full amount of the reservation if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.

3 nights minimum over 4th of July holiday.  2 nights deposit, non-refundable.
